Digital Sandbox

VSTE is pleased to announce a new space at this year’s annual conference called the “Digital Sandbox”. Located in the lower lounge of the Hotel Roanoke by the Cyber Cafe, this area will serve as a place for you to come, relax, charge up your devices, and participate in some great discussions and presentations.

The Digital Sandbox is community-driven, which means we want you to participate and have a say in the discussions and presentations that are happening in that space. If you’re familiar with the idea of an “unconference” this is a similar project. Perhaps you had an idea for something to talk about but it didn’t warrant and hour-long breakout session. Are you doing interesting things with mobile devices or other technology in your school and want to have a discussion with folks about it? This is your space.

We are using Google Moderator to collect any and all ideas and start building out a schedule. If you head over to http://bit.ly/vstesandbox you can begin adding your ideas, commenting on submissions, and voting the best to the top.
